@philippetrescu there are a few reasons why you should switch to Elevatr:

@razvan_gavrilas yes, we do have an API and also an integration with Zapier. What kind of into you want to pass or receive via API?
@eugenoprea if I would want to move from Intercom (only the leads part - not the users part) what advantages do I have? do you offer also the ability to have individual variables per email?
@razvan_gavrilas the most important benefit would be that you can better manage unsubscribes. With Intercom, once someone unsubscribes they are gone for good, but with Elevatr you can control the subscription at the Bucket (list/tag) level so that people can unsubscribe from your newsletter, but still be on your "Customers" list.
Also, we are using Liquid templates for emails, so you have some flexibility with that.
