@mscccc yeah roughly that but it can vary. sometimes we get a larger discount from the owners so we pass these savings on.

Kulveer and team are among the toughest in the Valley and property management has still been largely untouched. Most startups have tried to sell tech to existing property managers and that has gone about as well as selling to tech unsavvy taxi companies. So it is no wonder Zeus has turned out to be very successful by replacing them.

Zeus is one of the most convenient and reliable property managers out there, period. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with them. I recently moved from San Mateo to SF and didn't want to get in the process of signing a long-term lease, paying multiple application fee's, dealing with owners + landlords yada.. yada.. yada... We've been fortunate enough to find an apartment that fit our budget + met our criteria in terms of location/bedrooms/style/etc. The property manager they assign you to are always available to answer any questions, fix any problems/issues you run into with the place, etc. If you're in the Bay Area and looking for a short term -> longer term lease, but don't want to pay by the night for services like Airbnb, Zeus is definitely your go to. Couldn't recommend them enough.

@_shahedk thank you! Yeah, property management is an unsexy industry, with tons of operational complexity, that I don't think has done a good job for regular landlords (or tenants). We want to change that. Our model, to sign leases with owners directly, is unique (and risky!), but we think it aligns incentives correctly. The goal: a network of Zeus apartments around the world in all the major cities so if you ever feel like spending the summer in Cape Town or winter in Tokyo, you don't have to think twice about booking with Zeus. Or, if you're just moving to a new city, we hope Zeus takes out some of the stress in the transition. I'm excited about building a tenant app that allows you to report issues easily (no more phone calls!) and do other things like order groceries, order cleaning and pick up your laundry. The idea is to build a brand here. You can trust that Zeus has vetted the property and will take care of you no matter what as a tenant, and as a landlord, that we'll look after your property and give you hassle free income. I'm happy to answer questions from the PH fam!

Interesting idea but not enough choices right now. I'm interested in getting a 1 bedroom loft for about $3,500/mo in or near SOHO/Mission Bay in the coming months. Any recommendations on where to look, or will you have more single bedroom places on Zeus then?

Hey @kul, I am a homeowner so I'm coming to this from the other side of the market. As an investor, what kind of fees could I expect from Zeus as my property manager? Currently, I'm renting out a 3bedroom, 1400 sq ft condo located in Oakland (NOBE area) for $3600/mo.

This isn't the best interior design job for a show flat that I've seen, but I suppose it does a good enough job of showing people what kind of facilities are there and just how much space you're in for if you are interested in a flat in the area. I would have gone for more neutral tones and all that, but then again, I'm not that great of an interior designer myself...
