Hi, I’ve written Enthuse because I live in a city where there are always lots of fun events and new places that come and go, and I have a group of friends that typify the idea of herding cats. Often by the time we've decided to check out the next big thing there’s a lengthy email chain or a variety of messaging apps to trawl through to find the original link, only to then have to go hunting for the address or opening date. Enthuse is the start of an attempt to make it easier to keep track of the links for all these fun things, and to search them for the useful details like addresses and dates. I’m not trying to handle the thornier problems of organising when people are available (hello doodle.com), or discovering events you haven’t heard about. For now this is just about trying to keep track of things that you’ve found, that you want to share with other people. After this I want to improve how the sharing works and how you get reminded about things, but right now I’m looking for beta testers so I can get a wider set of pages to improve the app against.
