@sandiforward We're currently focusing on our main markets which are the US and Israel. With that said, you can still look up companies based in the UK.

Hey! Congratulations on the launch! Where do you get information about price of equity? I mean some companies don’t show their valuation.

Equitybee Estimate reflects a proprietary model using available trade data, secondary transactions data and valuations for the company’s equity combined with Equitybee’s view of market sentiment.
@oded_golan so in this case I can find valuation of company if it’s hidden?
@dzianis_yatsenka The Value finder aims to provide value to employees. we provide the estimated price per share so employees can use it to value their options grants. If you have the total shares the company issued you can imply the company valuation but it's not our product's main goal.
It would be funny if this tool could check any company in the world and tell the employee the price of his options, and equity.
For regrets, I'm not the target audience, but would love to support the launch. I think it's pretty great when startups emphasize work with equity. cuz startup workers take more risks than those working in FAANG. It shows the nature of cooperative culture in the company.

Our mission has always been to enable these employees to take part in the success of the companies they helped build, and Equity Value Finder takes this mission one step further. By the way, our funding solution also enables eligible employees to get immediate cash in addition to the funding to exercise their options. Just another way we’re trying to help startup employees gain some control of their financial futures 😉

When is the secondary market coming? It's great to know the value of the shares but the next step is to provide employees with an easy way to cash out on those options/shares they own. Something normally only the founders get a chance to do.
@scottmarkovits Thanks for your support! We just launched a new solution to address this. When employees use Equitybee to secure funding to exercise their options, they now have the option to receive an additional cash incentive that they can use immediately. We hope that this will allow startup employees to continue to own their shares while also “cashing in” on them now.

@igorpavlov Great questions! Right now we’re focusing on the US and Israeli markets, at the moment we don’t have any expansion plans beyond that.
Such an important problem space! Have you thought of Web3 company employees who have token grants/options vs stock options? @orenbarzilai
Love the aim towards transparency! Equity can be such a meaningful part of an overall comp package, yet employees are rarely walked through the implications or downstream monetary value before they sign a comp package.
@mprkhrst We are semi-integrated with Carta on Equitybee's main product (funding and liquidity for employees stock options). In this launch, we provided screenshots on how to get the data from Carta and we'll consider adding better integration.
