Ernest will analyze them, understand your style of writing, the people that you target and the structure of you emails. From that point, Ernest will do all of the work himself, constantly searching the interwebs for new opportunities he thinks fit well based on what he know about your company. He will find the right people from those companies and write tailored emails that he will save in your drafts. All you need to do is decide which ones you send out.
