In today's fast-paced world of constant change, it's easy to lose yourself in the midst of all the chaos. Aromatherapy is simply a way to recapture our innate ability to heal through the use of fragrances and natural substances. When we are exposed to an aroma, the molecules are exposed to our olfactory epithelium which in turn sends a signal to our brain to mediate chemical secretions into to our blood and or other parts of our brain to make us feel happy, relaxed, or excited.
I deal with anxiety and insomnia on a day to day basis so this is definitely something worth trying!
