Hey Product Hunt! I'm Nikola, founder of Evrybo, and we’re beyond excited to introduce Evrybo 2.0! 🎉 If you’ve ever managed a project or product workflow, you know the struggle: juggling multiple expensive tools to create usability tests, forms, prototypes, to-dos, gather design feedback, and track bugs. Evrybo simplifies it all, bringing everything you need into one smooth, easy-to-use platform. Think Maze, Asana, Typeform, and InVision - seamlessly combined into one flow. 🔥 In March 2017, we introduced the first version of Evrybo on Product Hunt. Today, we’re excited to unveil Evrybo 2.0! With a rebuilt codebase, an updated UI, and a host of new features and enhancements, Evrybo is now more intuitive and powerful than ever. What started as a simple, free prototyping tool has evolved into a complete platform - an affordable alternative to tools like Maze, Asana, Typeform, and InVision. 🤩 What makes Evrybo stand out: 🙋‍♀️ Forms/Surveys Effortlessly create anything from simple surveys to detailed usability tests. ✅ To-Dos Organize tasks and manage workflows with Kanban Boards or List Views. 💬 Feedback/Prototypes Easily create and test prototypes, and gather feedback directly on your designs. 📝 Whiteboards Sketch ideas quickly and link them to tasks for seamless collaboration. 🐞 Bug Reporting Report and track issues directly on live websites or products using a Kanban-style board. We want to thank everyone on Product Hunt for helping us along the way. Your support fuels our passion to build the simplest way to create forms. We hope you enjoy Evrybo 2.0 and look forward to hearing your feedback as we continue to improve Evrybo for you. Please drop a comment or DM if you want to chat more - we’d love to hear your feedback! And even better - try out Evrybo today! Cheers, Nikola & the Evrybo Team 💙

50% off? Whaaaat?! This is an absolute steal. @nykollam can you issue this for me even though I'm already subscribed?
Nik Mil
@vladdesign Yes, it’s an amazing deal! I’d be happy to help with that! :)

The tool is so complex that is too good to be true. What's the catch? :D HH, just kidding :) Wish you Good luck Nikola and the team! :)
Nik Mil
@busmark_w_nika Haha, no catch, I promise! :) We got the same question 7 years ago when we released our first version for free. Thanks for the good vibes, and wishing you all the best too!

Congrats on the launch! This looks like a game-changer for product teams. How do you see it fitting into the workflows of UX/UI designers and developers?
Nik Mil
@ihuzaifashoukat Thank you! 🙏 Here’s how we use Evrybo within our team: for different features, we rely on it to gather structured feedback, create surveys, and manage tasks... Additionally, our team uses the Evrybo Chrome plugin to report bugs, create tasks directly from live implementations, and collect real-time feedback. This streamlined workflow keeps everyone aligned and ensures a smoother development process...

For companies that are already using most of those other tools, do you have a solid integration hub?
Nik Mil
@jalcantara We have that in plan for the second phase. We'll focus on exposing our API and integrating with Zapier to make it easier for users to connect with other tools and automate workflows...
Jorge Alcántara
Those would be developers, nos so much users @nykollam. I’d suggest bringing that to the front of the queue, I’ve built In the space for a while, and there’s nothing worse for a team than having to add yet another new tool. Teams won’t drop Jira or Figma, so you can only loose if you don’t integrate well. Just intended as feedback. Love the intent, but I know how difficult is for teams to change their flows.
Nik Mil
@jalcantara I completely understand the importance of seamless integrations, especially for teams heavily invested in tools like Jira or Figma (we can't compete with them at that scale)... We’re prioritizing exposing our API and Zapier integration first because we want to ensure a flexible starting point for integrations, but I see your point about bringing this forward...
