Use Openings to create and share your Fantastical link so others can book meetings that work with your schedule. Use Proposals to pick multiple dates and times, share your Fantastical link, and let others vote on meetings that work for everyone.

Very excited to see this fresh new take on scheduling and calendar proposals. There are many solutions attempting to address this coordination challenge β€” but none are yet built into native macOS and iOS apps. And love that this is included in the price of my existing Flexibits subscription!

I'm super excited about this feature @macguitar! My big issue with the other options is having to grant access to a variety of my accounts...including some services that don't support certain calendar types. I already trust Fantastical with this information. So by flipping the model on it's head, you're saving me and others a HUGE amount of friction. Congrats!

@kenyarmosh Thanks, Ken! Glad to hear you like it!

Hi! I'm Michael Simmons, CEO of Flexibits, and we make the apps Fantastical and Cardhop. Over the past 11 (!) years, we've continued to push productivity gains with our apps since we first released Fantastical in 2011. And with today's release, we're pushing it even further! Fantastical Scheduling takes all the effort, hassle, and frustration of booking meetings with others and makes it easy. As you all know, scheduling meetings requires a lot of back-and-forth, trying to find the perfect time for everyone. It gets even more frustrating and time consuming when you have more than 1 invitee in your meeting. There are other scheduling services, but they have complicated setup and configuration requirements, unfriendly user flows, and they all require you to store your credentials on their servers, opening up your calendar accounts and your calendars for potential privacy issues. First and foremost, Fantastical Scheduling was designed with security in mind, and your event details never leave your Mac, iPad, or iPhone. Fantastical Scheduling includes Openings (for 1:1 meetings, where invitees can self schedule, picking from slots that works perfectly with your schedule) and Proposals (for meeting polls, where multiple invitees vote on the times that work best for them). Openings couldn't be easier to use! Just enable Openings with a single click or tap and your free time slots will automatically sync with your Flexibits Account. Set up a meeting template with the details you want and share your Fantastical link. That's it! Proposals are just as easy. Simply add additional times to a new event in Fantastical and share your Fantastical link with others. They will be able vote on the best times that work for them. Best of all, your Fantastical link works on the web, so your invitees don't need Fantastical. (However, we hope you'll tell them all how fantastic it is anyway. πŸ˜‡) Fantastical Scheduling is included with a Flexibits Premium subscription! That's right, for $3.33 a month (when paying annually), you'll get all Fantastical apps, all Cardhop apps, and all of our premium features, including Fantastical Scheduling! Please download any of the Fantastical apps (Mac, iPad, or iPhone) for free and give Fantastical Scheduling a try. Oh, and if you previously used a trial of Flexibits Premium, we're resetting the trial to let you try all the features and benefits (including Fantastical Scheduling) for another 14 days! Be sure to download version 3.6 and you'll receive the trial reset along with all of the new features. That's all for now... we've got a LOT more planned for the Fantastical Scheduling roadmap (beyond Openings and Proposals) and this is just the beginning, so stay tuned. Finally, a big thanks to @chrismessina for hunting this and also for the kind words! 😍

This is really great. I am already a fantastical pro user. I can’t start my day without looking at fantastical. Now I can ditch my calendly too. But will I be able to embed the openings to my website using an embed code? ?makers
