Love the tagging of type note - would be cool to route things to different places depending on what type of note it is!
@stevenklein We're actually working on this! We already have it for Slack (you can send different highlight types to different channels) but going to be bringing it to other integrations soon!

I have used a bunch of other zoom call recorders, but Fathom is the best so far. One-click-sending live highlights to Slack channels, instantly available recordings & transcripts + plenty more.. makes this my favorite new product of 2021!

Fathom gets the job done and gets out of the way. We love love the integrations - teaser, they have a direct export to Notion too. How cool is that!
I've previously tried Wingman, Fireflies, Chorus, and Fathom is thus far the best, no-frills user experience that I've experienced. The tool is extensible and has become a core part of our team's workflow - we use it to record customer feedback, onboard new hires onto the team, and most importantly let us be comfortable with ditching our notetaking workflows.

I've been using Fathom for win/loss calls and it's pretty excellent. Makes it very easy to note important moments in the middle of the call instead of having to go through recordings afterwards or trying to note time stamps in the middle of the interview.
Does this work with zoom only? We do a lot of video calls, but using a variety of apps and never Zoom.
@singpolyma It's Zoom only right now - they have by far the best APIs for what we're trying to do. What do you use for video calls?

Question for ya: have you seen anyone use this for creating content? ie. interviewing someone on a call and then using the features to pull out the insights that you'll turn into an article?
@davidspinks That's a great question. We do this on our homepage with some candid testimonials but I'm not (yet) aware of anyone dropping clips into an article but it's a great idea.
