Fathom 1.0 was one of the biggest launches on Product Hunt in 2021 — and one that I consistently used when I coached makers on their own Product Hunt launch plans! Fathom is an essential tool during all my calls — and allows me to quickly grab a transcript, send a clip, assign tasks, or revisit important parts of a call to refresh my recollection. I've used Fathom for sales prospecting, user feedback sessions, client and coaching calls, and more. Some of the new Fathom 2.0 AI-powered summarization tools have to be tried to be believed. They're fast, reliable, and useful. I'm still blown away this is free!

The ability to easily share call highlights via email and Slack is a huge plus. This seems like it could really improve communication within remote teams.

Gosh I'm so excited for this!! Fathom has been a life-saver for all my user interviews. It's my "remote control" for key moments – whenever something important happens, I click on "insight" in the Fathom app and its tags the exact moment I need to review later. Such a great product, congrats yall

Absolutely hands down the best tool I use in my working week. As a sales team of 1 person, the efficiency it adds to my "best practice CRM usage" is enough value on its own, but it's the transparency that Fathom's searchable AI transcript creates for the rest of my organisation that is the real winner.

Haven't yet found anything comparable on the market. The features were already good before but now they just keep churning out some cool stuff that really help with productivity. Nice!

I was blown away with version 1.0 and now you are at 2.0? Stop it with all of this excitement! I can't handle it. I will however say that because of Fathom, myself and the team have been able to build quick summary's and instantly move over key deadline discussion on a call into our communion slack channel because of the phenomenal integration that it offers.

We're big fans of Fathom here at @trychameleon -- the whole team uses it, for prospects, customers, candidates, partners, etc. We had considered Gong but it was too sales oriented, and we wanted the whole company to benefit from a Zoom-first world. The first time I saw the AI summaries it really was magic, and I'm glad about it rolling out to everyone!
