Feedback. will transform customer insights into actionable data, focusing on what truly matters to your customers. Designed for business owners, it aids in making better decisions, being proactive, and saving significant operational time.
Leveraging nearly two and a half years of experience at Expedia and a strong passion for the AI revolution, we have created an innovative solution to empower hotel and restaurant owners to excel in their reviews. Our AI-driven review platform offers a comprehensive analysis and trend discovery tool, designed to enhance business performance while reducing costs.
The team and I have been working hard to create a platform that provides owners with an in-depth understanding of customer perceptions, enabling them to take proactive steps with AI-generated improvement suggestions. By offering both an overview and detailed insights, we help businesses identify key areas for enhancement, ultimately improving their scores and overall customer sentiment.
Currently, we are collaborating with ten hotels and restaurants in a test phase to gather valuable feedback and refine our product.
We have numerous upcoming enhancements in our backlog:
- particularly focusing on improving our AI capabilities. These enhancements will enable the AI to process more comprehensive information about hotels, including the analysis of internal surveys.
- We are working towards transforming the software into a fully automated SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience for all owners.
- Create automated reports that provide managers and owners with an overview of sentiment performance over specified periods, such as yearly or quarterly. These reports can be easily shared with the team, offering valuable insights into trends and overall sentiment.
We welcome your thoughts and feedback (on Feedback!). If you’re interested in joining our journey, please don't hesitate to reach out !
@valentin_garnier Congratulations on the launch! Could this be extended to other businesses, e.g. general purpose analysis of their reviews online? If it's specifically for hotels and restaurants maybe this should be part of the hero section on you landing page?
@ai_guitarist Thank you for your comment and interest, Georgi!
Once we've fully implemented our SaaS solution, we plan to expand our services to any business that receives online reviews.
Whether it's a hair salon, a fitness center, or any other service with a steady stream of reviews, there's valuable insight to be gained with Feedback.
With such a generic product name, I think the fact that it's been designed for hoteliers needs to be prominently in the headline, not in the sub-headline.
From the headline, I'm not sure what the benefit will be to me to get insights on feedback - insights like what?
@peterclaridge Thank you for your comment, Peter!
We’re initially concentrating on the hospitality industry, where our deep expertise can provide the most immediate impact.
Our goal, however, is to expand to serve any business that relies on online reviews.
The insights we provide are not just data points—they are actionable intelligence that can transform your business. With our service, you'll be able to not only refine your customer service but also gain a strategic advantage by understanding your customers' needs in depth. Furthermore, we offer critical competitive intelligence that reveals how you stack up against your rivals, helping you make informed decisions to stay ahead in the market.
@valentin_garnier Recommend that you follow https://www.linkedin.com/in/anth... who talks about positioning and website messaging in early-stage startups.
My point about insights is that the website doesn't mention what insights are available, the screenshots show lots of data points, but not I'm not seeing the actionable intelligence either in the screenshots or the website copy.
"Discover the transformative power of Feedback, our AI-driven tool that turns customer reviews into a goldmine of insights."
>> insights such as?
Just providing unsolicited feedback from an independent perspective, no need to justify if you disagree.
@peterclaridge Thank you so much for sharing the profile. I completely agree with your feedback, and it highlights an area where we can definitely improve.
As I'm not an expert in copywriting or marketing, this is something we will certainly work on. Thanks again!
Great to see AI being leveraged to help businesses understand customer sentiment better. How do you ensure the data privacy of the customers whose reviews are being analyzed?
@memphys_sk Stefans, thanks a lot for your comment and interest!
Excellent point, we prioritize customer privacy and do not hold any personal data. Our analysis relies exclusively on anonymized review texts and ratings, ensuring no identifiable information is used. We try to comply with all relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR
It sounds like a fantastic way for hotel and restaurant owners to boost customer satisfaction and streamline operations. I love the focus on detailed analysis and proactive improvement suggestions. The upcoming features, like automated reports and enhanced AI capabilities, are really exciting. Best of luck with the test phase.
@oliviervandenhoogen Thanks Olivier! For now its getting reviews from most sources (Tripadvisor, Google...) But in the long term, we are planning to build our own review database
This seems like a powerful tool for understanding customer sentiment!
How does Feedback. differentiate itself from other sentiment analysis tools, and what kind of actionable insights can it provide?
Congrats on the launch!
@kyrylosilin Thanks a lot for your comment and interest, Kyrylo!
The e-reputation market is indeed competitive. Currently, AI features are underutilized in this space, which sets us apart. We offer AI-driven responses, chatbots, and competitive analysis using AI.
Although our dashboard also includes more conventional review analysis, we strive for a user-friendly design that stands out.
Our actionable insights are drawn directly from reviews. They range from specific suggestions like replacing a shower head to broader recommendations such as enhancing overall decor.
@valentin_garnier I know it's an mvp and the font is irrelevant. But I am just saying when you have some time you could look into this, I think something looks weird about the letters being too close to each other in the footer.
Excellent idea le V. , improving the service is critical for hotels to stand out from the competition.
With you product they can leverage data to take the best next decision.
