Been following this product since its launch - customer feedback has been very strong. While you’ll see feedback here from senior leaders on the product the real magic is with the mid level managers and their team members - who struggle to systemitize and measure their 1:1’s. A perennial problem for fast growing companies. Not an investor, wish i was.

Fellow is truly a game changer. I've never seen a product spread so quickly in an organization with so much love for it. People have really embraced Fellow because of how easy it is to use, the design is solid and really doesn't restrict how individuals want to set up their 1:1s or meetings while making it easy to keep track of the important comments and action items that come out each meeting.
Prior to Fellow we were living out of Google Docs and had tried Trello, Asana and Jira for our 1:1s. Fellow is as easy to use as a Google Doc but makes coordinating Action Items and Talking Points across multiple 1:1's, Meeting, Syncs and Stand Ups super easy. I feel like I have more time in my day when I'm using Fellow and I live with a lot less stress knowing that I'm not letting anything slip through the cracks.
I've never fallen in love with a product so quickly!
When I was running a much larger team at IBM this would have been a dream come true. No joke, we used to keep books, physical books, on each staff to try and track and remember growth plans!
It looks like this is a big and interesting market space as well, could you expand on any roadmap items you have coming to help managers even more?
@brandonwaselnuk Believe it or not, our biggest competitor to this day is still physical notebooks!! Crazy to say that but it's true! You are correct that this is a big space and our view on it is that we want to continue to build the workflows that the best managers have and make them accessible to folks so that great management can scale across a company.
A few notable things coming in the very near term are mobile apps + enhancements to action-items + Feedback v2.0 + more integrations!! If there is anything else you'd want to see, please do let us know!
@aydin_mirzaee Sounds like I need to scale the company and hire just so I can use Fellow then :D love the roadmap.
@brandonwaselnuk haha it's one of the things that we're still trying to understand... notionally, there seems to be more value when there are more people to collaborate with on Fellow but we still do have lots of individuals just using them on their own. But yes, would love to see you guys hire more folks!!
We use fellow for our remote team in 32 different countries and it's been really easy to implement and seriously reduced confusion as to who is doing what and when. Their 1 on 1 feature has been really great as well.

It's a great tool to keep track of the goals set in a meeting. I use it every day.

I've always thought meetings could be become a time black hole if you don't write things down properly. This is exactly what we need to stop wasting time and actually use feedback. Kudos to the timem! Solid product
I'm a big Fellow fan. Love using it for 1:1s, tracking intended outcomes, sharing meeting agendas, assigning action items. Great tool!
Great idea. But you seem to be using dark design patterns for growth. I was just trying out the app and selected a meeting to see how it works...and you sent out an invite to the other person without my permission. That is a breach of my privacy.

An issue I've always dealt with and gets much worse the larger the organization. Excited to use Fellow.app at scale and stay on top the developments, not matter how hard it'll be to keep up with @aydin_mirzaee
@aydin_mirzaee Do you have open APIs? I'm thinking of capturing time series data on employee engagement and happiness.
I am not a current user of app, but based on the feedback, it looks amazing. I've just checked out the website and it looks great. Looking forward to trying it out. Amazing work folks

On boarding
- Is calendar 100% required?
- Allow for emails that are not exactly the same as yours. In large organizations they can be prefixed with country and if restricted to just that it prevents folks managing teams across geographies.
@kevinmcfaul Great feedback - thanks Kevin. Right now calendar is required - we will eventually decouple this but today it's something that is pretty necessary to the product workflow. Re:different domain names: this is a very good point. If you contact our support, we should be able to add those domain names to your account so they can count as part of the same organization.
Fellow has helped our team create a strong feedback and praise culture. :) It has been the central place for our virtual team meetings as well.
