Over the past six months, we’ve interviewed over 150 PMs, UX researchers and startup founders to understand how they analyze customer interviews and use those insights to make great product decisions.
We built fforward so any product team can reveal insights in customer interviews, uncover themes across all of your interviews, and discover opportunities for your product roadmap.
Here’s how it works:

I was part of the early tester of fforward. We used to manually summarize and organize our user calls. With fforward, we uploaded real transcripts(anonymized) and just let it do the work for us. The results very good. We will continue to use it for our future user calls.
Wow! If I only had fforward for my product teams in the past, the amount of time we wasted trying to collate insights between thousands of customer interaction points. Congrats on the launch and can’t wait to use it.

Congrats @maxcameron! As someone who was ahead of the curve in the digital/product adoption space I know there's a great product mind here at work.
Hoping for some integrations to more easily get transcripts into your system (e.g. with Fathom.ai which we use for recording our interviews) but excited to see where you go!
Hi @maxcameron. sounds super cool. signed up and got stuck with uploading a transcript. I have loads of recoded conversations I wanted to test fforward with, but transcribing seems to be a friction. any thoughts supporting upload of entire videos for fforward to transcribe? Thanks!
Is fforward an effective tool for a non-product manager to leverage? As a founder I do and participate in a ton of work that is Product Management, but I am not formally trained and have not dedicated myself to the practice. Hoping tools and AI can enhance my abilities here. I can also imagine this being useful for pulling insights from consulting or discovery calls in sales situations. Headed to your site to have a go.

Congrats on a launch! I just watched the video (which is great btw) but how do i get the transcripts? Is the flow as follows? I do a Zoom meeting with my test team and get a transcript of the whole thing and then I upload a transcript or an audio recording of the meeting. Or do I need to conduct the interviews through your app somehow?
Hey Max, I immediately get it. I have wanted a tool like this for months, is there any way to plug this into support emails as well as transcripts?

Interviewing customers is one of the best parts of the job. Organizing all the notes and mining for insights is one of the worst. So far fforward has been able to save me and my team hours of time and dozens of post-it notes.
