Fibery AI reliability depends on data you have in general. From my personal experience when you try to find new feedback for some existing feature or insight it works good and provide relevant things. Overall it's accuracy is about 60%, which still saves a lot of time.
The first thing I do when joining a new team - is shift to Fibery. Congrats on the launch!
For people who have been following Fibery for a while or maybe tried it 1-2 years back, what's the TLDR of the updates?
@ednevsky In short, all existing functionality is intact, nothing is removed, and we're introducing/improving 2 major areas:
1. We introduced Fibery AI last year and listened to your feedback. We are releasing the next iteration of Fibery AI. Now it can do more things:
- Transcribe audio and video files
- Suggest Highlights in sources and target entities
- Answer questions about your Fibery data (soon)
- Find patterns and clusters in your Fibery data (soon)
2. Highlights
Fibery is about connecting information, and Highlights is a novel way to connect text to structured databases. Let me use an analogy to explain what Highlight is.
Most likely you have a Kindle, and maybe sometimes you select interesting parts of the book you read. This selection is a Highlight. Now imagine you can add some attributes to this selection (how important it is, for example). Finally, you can connect this selection to your knowledge base, like to some tag, an idea you have in mind, or to an article you want to write.

So far this is not the case, it is mostly around information/knowledge discovery, not predictions.

We have integration with CRM and use automations to link contacts from CRM to feedback sources, and when you have this link, you can extract more data from CRM like account size, paid status, etc.
It is really important to collect user feedback as soon as possible, especially during the PMF validation stage.
Fibery seems like it could significantly imporve our entire process efficiency, I will definitely give it a try!
Fibery 2.0 now looks like a dream, very cool! I have been using Fibery for the last few years, but this new vision with collecting market signals makes all the difference.

I've been using Fibery 1.0 for a long time and it's great for our agency processes. Will definitely test version 2.0 with the team. Good luck with your launch!
Fibery is the ultimate tool for startups. It's like Notion on steroids. Functionality wise it allows you to connect entities in ways that incredibly expandable and with features like docs, whiteboards it allows PMs to have an integrated experience through and through.
The customer support is without a doubt the best I've ever encountered. The really live by the Zappos way of life there.

@vitor_seabra Thank you! So far it is Intercom, Slack, Calls transcripts, HubSpot, Zendesk, Surveys via Forms, & Discourse. But custom integrations are quite easy to create.
