I'm excited to announce the official launch of Filerr 🚀
I enjoy staying updated on new companies filing their S-1s to go public but don't love having to check EDGAR manually every day. When I looked for a simple way to get notified about new S-1s, I couldn't find anything, so I decided to solve that problem!
As of now, it's super simple: it just tracks new filings daily and sends a single email with all of the S-1s. There are some other cool features I am working on and excited to share soon but wanted to get this out and hear what feedback & features others would like to see.

@rrhoover The first thing that's most interesting to me is can we get LLMs to analyze, summarize, answer questions, and provide recommendations on S-1s. If we go super crazy, I even wonder if we can generate gen AI entertainment/videos talking about the companies 🤔
A few other directions I could see this going:
1. A tool for retail traders or financial advisors or financial analysts
2. A community of people talking about and sharing their thoughts/insights/analysis on company S-1s (Commonstock for S-1s)
Filerr's launch is undoubtedly exciting news! Your initiative to simplify tracking new company S-1 filings is impressive.
As a thought, have you considered incorporating an option for users to customize the frequency of email notifications? It could offer a more tailored experience for those who want updates in real-time or at specific intervals.
