Some big news: we just launched our second product, Fillout Scheduling 📆 Book meetings on your calendar, FREE for your entire team. Here’s why we built it: In just the last few months, we had hundreds of Fillout customers ask for native scheduling with Google Calendar. For a while, my reaction was: why not use one of the dozens of scheduling tools that already exist? It boils down to: 1) They don’t play nicely with forms 2) Schedulers are expensive, especially for big teams 3) They don’t integrate well with 3rd party tools (Airtable, CRMs, spreadsheets) Luckily, if there are three things Fillout does well, it’s forms, our free tier and 3rd party integrations. That got us thinking… Could we make a scheduler as powerful as the best-in-class options, but integrated natively with a form builder and bundled in at no extra cost? The jury is still out but I think we’ve come a long ways already. Today, Fillout Scheduling supports: 🔄 Easy rescheduling & cancellations ⏰ Set custom working hours for you + your team 📅 Native Google Calendar integration ⏳ Buffer times, limited booking ranges & minimum notice rules 📞 Google Meet, Zoom & phone call integrations 📍 Custom locations, event durations & event names And because the schedulers are “forms” under the hood, you get these features out-of-the-box: 💵 Collect payments 🔄 Conditional routing 🔗 Pre-fill fields from URL 🌐 Custom domains 🤝 25+ native integrations 🌍 Embed on any site ✏️ Adding form fields and a cover page 🎨 Styling & white labelling 🔀 Redirects Fillout Scheduling is now available on all Fillout accounts, completely for free, for unlimited seats. Let me know what you think if you try it out - we’re adding new features every week (next up are round robin scheduling + reminder notifications).

Seems like a wonderful and easy-to-use product. Kudos for making it free for everyone. I was also wondering, what native integrations with CRMs are on your product roadmap right now? Thanks.

Congratulations on the launch of Fillout Scheduling, Dominic, Antony, and Mika! 🎉 It's impressive to see how you've integrated the power of scheduling with Google Calendar seamlessly into your existing platform. The range of features, from custom working hours to native integrations with Google Meet and Zoom, shows a deep understanding of user needs. I'm curious to know how you approached the challenge of balancing simplicity with advanced functionality in the scheduler. Was there a particular user feedback or insight that drove the development of this feature set? Looking forward to seeing the impact Fillout Scheduling will have on helping teams manage their appointments effortlessly. Keep up the great work!

Congrats on the launch! With so many existing scheduling tools, what makes Fillout Scheduling unique? How does the seamless integration with forms improve the scheduling experience, and can it sync with other calendar platforms? I'm also interested in hearing about your plans for additional features.

Wow, what you built is beautiful! Fillout has been incredible already for forms, but now really looking forward to using this for scheduling!!

This is great – but also worthwhile highlighting a huge departure from regular SaaS pricing: No per-seat charges. SaaS pricing has really gotten out of control with monthly costs (is your product really worth more per seat than Google Workspace, Zoom, or Slack???) per user. It boggles my mind that new products will launch and expect something like $15/person/month for what amounts to a larger platform's plugin. More startups need to follow in Fillout's footsteps and start right-sizing their pricing if they want to grow.

@jordankrueger 100% agreed. I'm planning on writing more about this soon, since I think it's one of the unique value props of Fillout which will compound over time as we expand our offerings!
