Love this idea! What is the difference in depth of coverage between large cap and small caps? Also - who is doing the actual analysis?

@davidobwaya Thank you, David. Generally speaking, large caps have deeper coverage for two reasons: 1. we have more data points on large caps; 2. our in-house analysts are more knowledgeable about large caps. As far as the analysis, quantitative data points are computer generated, while qualitative statements are human generated.

@_jacksmith Thanks, Jack. On some new stocks, like Nikola, we don't have sufficient data points. Hence we have no analysis. But I agree with you the UX should be better!

How's this different from finance.yahoo? Or any other website like finance.yahoo

@andrew_zeivald In a few ways: 1. You won't find bull/bear case analysis on Yahoo Finance; 2. There is no contextual interpretation of numbers/metrics of Yahoo Finance; e.g., is expense ratio 0.5% good or bad? 3. UX/focus; at Finny you see a netted out view right away; details come later.
