So you are making running and cycling more motivating and interesting. What features can turn you app to even more interesting solution:
1) Rating among users. Such rating may have expanded info about participants, such like: lifetime mileage, grow dynamics
2) Motivation tips from users. Everyone can share their motivation short message in one stream with comments under them
3) Determining of phisical characteristic of users, for example "stamina", "goal completion", "regularity" etc, like in RPG games
4) Dating matching app for healthy people. If you will be able to integrate more social features, it may become the friendship/dating app and matches can be based on their characteristics and their interests (let users to post interests)
