I've been working on Flow for a number of months after feeling there was a need for a tool like Flow. It's a simple way of tracking your mood, noting worries and relaxing. It's not a mindfulness app in any way. It's about coping and managing your mental health in a positive way.
Paul, I downloaded your app but it will not proceed past the signup page after I create an account in the app. I went to the desktop to try there and when I attempted to create an account it says 'User already exist with this email address.' Hope you get this UX issue fixed, I was looking forward to trying it out.
