To try AI Follow-ups, just head to folk.app, create a workspace, and connect your Gmail or Outlook account. Then, start building your pipeline view – once everything's synced, we'll show you which leads you should follow-up with!

I'm new to using folk but I'm loving it!! Honestly, I've been searching and trying so many CRMs trying to find one that comes close to what I need - well, I've found that in folk!! Just tried out folk's new AI follow-ups feature, and it's a promising addition to their CRM!
The AI suggestions for which leads to follow up with seem well-thought-out, considering actual engagement patterns rather than just time gaps. For someone juggling multiple leads, this automated prioritization could be really helpful.
The integration feels natural within folk's existing interface, and setup was straightforward. @team - nice work on making this intuitive!
Quick feature suggestion: Would be great to see some customization options for the AI's suggestion criteria.
