Frame is a unified suite of productivity apps built for teams. It's fast, minimalist, and collaborative. Everything you need to operate as a team is together in one unified hub, so you can focus on getting stuff done.
Hi, Product Hunt community 👋
Did you know? You’re losing, on average, one month per year juggling between your 150 opened tabs per day. We decided to take on SaaS fragmentation by creating a unified collaboration OS for teams.
If you’re getting started, don’t lose time rebuilding over and over again the same apps in Notion or Google Docs; there is no need to pay for 5 (pricey) disconnected SaaS; instead, start on Frame. Go back to the core of what you need, and get your team on the same page so they can focus on real work.
If you have ever dreamed of experiencing the MacOS experience but built for business - Frame is for you.
In a Nutshell:
📱Frame comes with 5 apps: Notes, Tasks, Wiki, Whiteboard and Goals
⚡Our design principles are:
Minimalism: we go back to the core of what you need in each app (think Apple Note or Medium.com)
Interoperability: seamlessly refer docs across apps (e.g., insert a link to a note from the whiteboard)
Collaboration: co-create in real-time docs in every app
🚀 Frame comes packed with super-powers:
Cross-apps search (Cmd-K bar): search content across all apps & team members
Templates: leverage powerful templates for any department and apps (e.g., a sprint review template for PMs on the whiteboard app)
AI magic: from automatic labeling of docs to summarizing any text - we got you covered
Blazing fast: Lightning-fast navigation using shortcuts for the ultimate Superhuman-like experience
Advanced filters: easily retrieve docs with a unified labeling system across apps (e.g., find my notes and whiteboard docs created by John or Adam, last month with the label ‘Fundraising’)
Real-time co-creation: co-create docs in any app in real-time with your teammates
🙌 Our Vision:
Frame’s vision is to create a unified way of working across the company. We value minimalism and a unified interface, ala MacOS. Our long-term vision is to create a one-stop shop for your team so they can access any business data from Frame and get business insights.
🔜 What’s coming next:
More apps: Contacts, Dashboard, Processes - we’re only getting started
Advanced AI interaction: get better insights on your business by having all your business data in one place, with a unified labeling system.
Video real-time co-creation: Launch video calls while co-creating docs.
Beyond Frame: access Frame from anywhere on the web
Data import: easily import your data from your most popular apps
Integrations: Google for Work, Slack, Figma: integrations are coming soon
As we embark on this exciting journey, we're constantly evolving. Our vision aligns with your needs – faster workflows, better teams, and superior products. Be part of our revolution, and let's redefine how work gets done.

Hey guys! Congratulations on the launch of your Frame product!📈
Your product is a unique set of collaborative applications. Cool job!
@chrismessina@nicolas_baranowski
Congratulations on this launch!
It sounds like an amazing platform that solves the problem of having too many tabs and apps open. I appreciate how Frame offers a minimalist and unified interface for team collaboration, with a range of apps that cover the essential needs of any project.
I'm also excited to see what's coming next, such as more apps, advanced AI interaction, and video real-time co-creation. Frame's vision is to create a one-stop shop for business data and insights, and I think that's a brilliant idea.
Frame is the future of collaboration, and I'm grateful to be part of this revolution.
Kudos to the Frame team for this visionary leap forward! 🚀👏 🙌👍
"fast, minimalist, and collaborative" hooked straight from the start lol.
Congrats on your launch! Since you mentioned feedback in the launch notes, some initial thoughts:
- Landing looks amazing. I scrolled a bit and I think I get the concept.
- Our Mission Statement - "be focused" is not entered on my computer heh, unsure if intentional :)
- In the green section of "Frame is the next gen of doing → done", I'd LOVE to be able to click into the bento cards (e.g. I am most likely to buy for contact management, and want to drill into that card to learn more.)
- Very personal preference, but it would feel on brand for the "get started" copy to instead say like "Let's focus" as a CTA or something lol.
Huge congrats again on your launch! Would love to hear how big your team is? Good luck!
Congratulations on the launch! I love this product as it solves two main issues with our previous product stack: too many products and too much bloat in each product. Frame allows us to centralize our product stack (while still connecting to required additional products) so we're not constantly jumping around. Additionally, the minimalist designs makes it easy for everyone to understand and use the suite of products immediately.
Thanks so much for building a great product. Looking forward to future updates!
@macgridcupcake Thanks, @macgridcupcake - this is exactly in line with our vision: a unified minimalist experience across the core apps you need to operate as a team 🙌
Whoa, Frame looks awesome for team productivity! I love the idea of having a unified hub for all team operations.
What specific productivity apps are included in Frame or can be integrated?
Congratulations on the launch @nicolas_baranowski and @mx2s!
@mx2s@gusoliveira_ Thanks @gusoliveira_ 🙌 For now, we have Tasks, Notes, Whiteboards, Goals, and Wikis - soon you'll see Contacts, Processes, Dashboards, Surveys - are we missing one?
In terms of external integrations: Slack, Google for Work, Hubspot, Linear, and Figma are the top ones on our list. 🎯
Kudos to @nicolas_baranowski1 and the Frame team for creating a unified collaboration operating system to help tackle the dread that is.... tab switching! Love the real-time co-creation across apps too! We're entertaining offering some real-time collaborative tools in the future. Curious what apps you used / stack you've have built to achieve real time collaboration without any technical hiccups?
@nicolas_baranowski1@dzaitzow Thanks @dzaitzow cool, you resonate with our vision to reduce context switching! Regarding the real-time collaboration, it's a mix of open-source & proprietary technologies 😉 I know Liveblock & Cord propose real-time collaboration 'as a service'.
@nicolas_baranowski1@nicolas_baranowski 100% have checked them out but we'll eventually have to have something open source I presume - at scale it's just not really cost effective for a "nice to have"
If you ever feel like sending over that proprietary stack I'd welcome it with open arms! haha
Wow, this is a very complex product with a very smooth UX! Congratulations on your launch guys! Your team should be really strong (or well-funded :))!! Very impressive!
@maria_loleyt Thanks, @maria_loleyt We managed to ship a mini Apple Note, Miro, Notion, Lattice and Trello iin less than 1 year with ~$600K injected in the product.
Every app comes with a unified 'ala MacOS' design with superpowers like 🔮
- Shortcuts (switch between apps in the stroke of a key; w->whiteboard; n->note)
- Cross apps search with 'cmd-K'
- Cross apps link between apps (insert links, for example, to a Note Doc inside a Task Doc with '@'
and...
- real-time co-creation with your team in any apps ⚡️
@nicolas_baranowski This is absolutely outstanding! Lot's of luck and wishing you you to get a well-deserved N1 place today! / Added you on LinkedIn, we share the same consulting experience btw.
Congrats on the launch - very excited to see how this ambitious suite of work tools evolves with time.
There aren't many companies ambitious enough to try and build something this big 🔥
@frcbls Thank you, @frcbls - we're glad to have chosen June.so 📈 to
(1) better understand our users with Product Analytics in check and;
(2) be inspired every day by the delightful product your team is building too ⭐️
@trustinyoon1 Thanks, @trustinyoon1 this is just the beginning; we are developing new AI capabilities that will be added in the coming weeks, like AI agents and automated workflows
Congrats on the launch team!
For me it's doing the work of apple notes, freeform and notion on just one tool!
When are you guys launching the Mac App ? :D
@nayan_kulshreshtha Thanks @nayan_kulshreshtha. We aim for the end of Q4. Next to the unified Mac App, we are also developing a Chrome Extension that will allow us to extend Frame beyond its own platform.. More Coming Soon 🔮
Sounds an amazing product. I'll be definitely trying this out as I hate the context switching between apps while working, this must be a tool that will help me work more effectively.
I've been looking forward to this launch for so long. Very excited to use Frame and haven't been this excited about a product since Figma/Canva or ChatGPT. Congrats on the launch!
@rahul_agrawal7 Thanks @rahul_agrawal7 . More apps will be included in Frame; like Process, Dashboard, Contacts.
More apps in Frame mean less chaos with a unified, centralized experience 🎯
This looks really cool and helpful. I love the blend of having your own essential apps (notes, whiteboard, project tracker etc.) as well as shortcuts to access the specialzied ones like JIRA and AirTable as it is harder to move away from them! It would be awesome if you could add Figma in there as well.
Good luck on your launch, nicely done!
@mac_czaj We don't have the data yet, but that's the spirit! We can back up with data that's you're losing 10% of your work time by switching context. More on this here: https://hbr.org/2016/09/the-elem...
