Hey PH friends! I’m so excited to share Frame AI, our vision of a collaborative, AI video editor designed to help you make the perfect edit. Frame AI offers 2 distinct features: 1. AI Chat: Imagine having an editor that truly “sees” and understands your video content. Frame’s AI allows you to chat with your video editor to make complex edits—like adjusting colors, removing backgrounds, applying effects, and more—without tedious manual adjustments. Frame’s AI recognizes what’s in your video, meaning you can direct it to make changes based on specific visuals or spoken content, creating an intuitive editing experience. 2. Collaboration, GitHub Style: If you’re familiar with Git for coding, you’ll love Frame’s version control. Think of it like Git, but for video projects—everyone can work on the same project, merge changes, and roll back versions. It’s a smooth, organized workflow that keeps everyone on the same page. If this sounds as cool to you as it does to us, we will be opening up limited spots for our Alpha tonight. Join our early access waitlist so we can share an invite with you! We’d also love to hear any feedback, suggestions, or comments on what you’d like to see as we make this vision a reality. 🚀 Sign up for the waitlist: https://frameapp.ai/ Follow us for updates: https://x.com/frameapp_AI Join our community: Discord

There have been many times I've edited with Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro where I've needed to search for a YouTube tutorial to implement some edit in my video. Our goal with Frame is to make the creative process much easier through natural language similar to how Cursor speeds up our workflow with coding. We look forward to having you all try it out!

@kyle1373 Exactly. Video editors like Davinci are so powerful but it's so hard to figure out how to do things, especially for beginners. Things are hidden behind menus, buttons, icons. To know how to do to something takes time Googling or nowadays asking ChatGPT. But if the AI is built into your editor itself and can see your video and control your editor, it can guide and determine your editing workflow by not only doing things, but SHOWING you how to do things
