Formito — Create form bots that people enjoy answering

Hey everybody at PH! 😻 I’m Hossein, Founder of Formito. 💡 Before start working on Formito, I was developing premium website and admin templates for startups (thetheme.io). I sold more than 10,000 licenses and in a few years and got started to receive a lot of emails every day for different reasons; requesting support, providing feedback, suggesting new features, reporting bugs, writing reviews, hiring for custom work, etc. I needed a better way to organize my communication with customers. 📝 I could have made a process by combining several tools and apps to handle different channels or build one myself. Throughout the define phase, I figure out that Formito shouldn’t be only a medium for exchanging information, but it should be a micro-service builder and business automation tool as well. Also, it should be very well designed so people enjoy interacting with. 👨‍💻 With those goals in mind, I built a tool where you can quickly build a custom and beautiful chatbot that collects any type of data and send them to where you want them. While chatbot UI is the start, but definitely won’t be the only option in the near future. ✨ Here are some of the features ✨ ✅ Display message, image, links, accordions ✅ Collect short text, long text, email, number, date, time, file, multiple choices, etc. ✅ Accept payments by connecting your Stripe account ✅ Send responses to email, Slack, MailChimp, Zapier, Airtable, Monday, Spreadsheet, etc. ✅ Create a chatbot from scratch, or by copying a template ✅ Convert QuickBase tables to Formito. Airtable, Google Forms, Monday are coming soon. ✅ Use conditional jumps to create a dynamic flow ✅ Use variables in curly brackets to personalize your conversation ✅ Display the chatbot in a launcher (similar to Intercom) ✅ Open the chatbot in a popup after clicking a link or button ✅ Embed the chatbot in your website or Notion page ✅ Share a link to your chatbot with your audience I wrote too much.
