I use Freeletics daily. I really enjoy using the app and I think I get a great exercise. I adopted Freeletics after the recent Nike Training Club update that deprecated plans.

I've found the workouts in Freeletics to be easier than NTC but the overall quality of session is identical.

I really like the "Coach" concept. I've noticed the coach updating my plan week to week and increasing what I am expected to perform. That's totally unique within the workout app space from my experience.

Pros:

Intuitive application that delivers customized workouts.

Cons:

Can be hard to add additional sets if you think you can do more.

I've been a Freeletics user for more than 4 years now and I am still using it 2-3 times a week to do my workouts. The personalized training journeys are awesome because the AI coach will always find a new way to challenge me. All the workouts include warmups and stretching at the end. The instructions videos for each exercise focus on technique and help to avoid common pitfalls when performing an exercise. With the app I am able to work towards my fitness goals whenever and wherever I am. I did workouts at home, on rooftops, in the park or at the beach, it really doesn't matter as long as you've got a training mat, 2x2 meters of space and 30-40 minutes of time. The workouts that the AI coach creates for you are always a little different and increase in difficulty over time. Freeletics has been my fitness companion for a couple of years and I've seen the app and the AI improve over time. I'm thrilled to try the different training journeys and to see what the team comes up next with!

@miczed_ I have been using it for two weeks now. I find the AI is decent and I like that I don't need anything to do the workouts. So far so good and the app seems to work well. I do wish I could do landscape mode and maybe even an Apple TV app.
