What's the incentive for people to contribute answers?
Basil Farraj
Hey @gibbiv, maybe our website does not say that yet, but we are working hard to partner with companies we have on our website, to make the points you gain converted to valuable points, such as subscriptions, rewards, and even money. In order to make this happen, as for today, we are building communities around those products.

Looks very interesting! What other products are you planning to add? Would love to see ones where the support is weak (like Google products).
Basil Farraj
Hi @shadihalloun, We are focusing on SaaS products mainly as a beginning. Google products are mostly welcomed as well. If you have any suggestions, please send us to info@freesist.com or when you signup, you'll see the option of suggesting us products that are not on the list! Thanks for the upvote :)

@shadihalloun Google doesn't have weak support. They have a program by the name Google Top Contributors wherein people can signup and contribute answers to others' questions on the Google forums and on Twitter. https://topcontributor.withgoogl...

@shadihalloun @freesist @basilfarraj I don't they that would grow. Google forums have become the standard and is the official choice for support.

Thanks for the hunt, @benIn Hey everyone on Product Hunt, we are Basil and Kfir, the CTO, CEO, and co-founders of Freesist. Freesist, as you may have guessed from the name, is an online community of people who help each other for free. We've created a place where people can bring their requests and have them answered by experts. It all started when we realized that between the two of us, we didn't have all the skills needed to get a start-up running smoothly, but that others might be willing to help us, just like we would be willing to help them. The site started as a place where our members asked for and offered more general skills, such as content writing, web programming, or graphic design. Over time, we've evolved into what we believe is a revolutionary customer service site for online products. Freesist now allows members to request help with specific products including Wix, MailChimp, Shopify, and other common products that people struggle with on a daily basis. About 80% of people say they will abandon a product if they are unsatisfied or frustrated with customer service- we aim to make sure this never happens. Our experts know products, and they're here to help. We hope that we can provide a place where individual requests can be answered quickly and thoroughly, without the hassle of dealing with a company's customer service representatives. The change in our skill offerings and our goals came after taking into considersation a lot of feedback from our users and others who heard about our product. We're working hard to make it the best it can be and to work towards getting our members who seek help better, faster responses, as well as getting more benefits for our experts who dedicate their time and skills to helping others. That being said, we always welcome your feedback as we continue to learn and grow- we are all about community, after all! We are available by email at info@freesist.com or on Twitter (I think you can make this a hyperlink in the comment https://twitter.com/freesist) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/freesist). Looking forward to hearing from you!

At first I thought it was a community for evangelists between themselves.. the description is maybe a bit missleading? Also how can I use it as a Product Owner?
Basil Farraj
@drakoumel we're sorry if the description was misleading! send me your product name or any description you'd like to include in your dedicated page to basil@freesist.com, and lets talk via mail about what Freesist is holding for the near feature for product owners! It could interest you a lot actually! :)
