Friendlymoo is built with simplicity in mind for both service providers and their clients. You can simply send a testimonial request through the platform by entering your clients' email, and Friendlymoo will send the request email to your clients. The request link is straight to the testimonial form landing page, which is really simple and optimised for mobile. So, your clients can just straight up provide a testimonial without any extra steps. Oh, the first thing your clients see on the landing page is your business logo and no other brands. So, I guess that's awesome. 😉
I think it will be really cool to automate the testimonial request process when, for example, the invoice is paid at the end of the service. That is the new feature I am working on with Xero integration for the next version.
