Great product! It's become one of the main checklist items for all our product announcements. Would be even better if they added some kind of NPS scoring mechanism...since it the main tool for roadmap, feedback and announcements.

Frill is a fantastic tool to collect and manage customer's feedback. We use Frill at Introwise to keep our customers in the loop of our product decisions and gauge interest for new features. Our users absolutely love it! Just this week we've added a Frill widget to show product announcements directly in our product's UI, and the easiness of integration and configuration options are just great. Love the SSO support, so Frill's widget fits right in to our product.
