Having tried Froged as beta tester I can told you by a secret that I love the way Froged do with analytics. For me It is even better tool than google analytics.
Before Froged I've been months looking for a good chat tool with a beautiful UI (which I care so much), I also needed a FAQ inside my chat and most of the chat tools in the market doesn't have a FAQ. Froged gave me both!
I wasn't looking for behavioral chat, but they gave me that anyway. And now I see that I really need Froged in my business. They also have a great support team, and they give me tons of great updates, including powerful knowledge base. I'm not a Froged user, I'm a fan! ❤️
