We ended moving to the paid Growth as it allows us to send customized email campaigns to our customers based on their in-app behaviour. This is incredibly useful for customer success and increasing conversion. You don't even need coding skills since you can set up custom click events with a easy to use interface. User created a new folder in your app? Track a click to the "Save folder" button in your app, then send an email to all users who haven't created folders showing why and how to do it.
The free plan also has user behaviour tracking and in-app messages (with limited data retention, but still!). Base integration took about 5 minutes, full integration with our custom webapp took a couple of hours at most. You should really give it a try.
