Fulfilli is the first dedicated price quoting software for digital agencies and freelancers.

We've been talking to agencies from around the world and we've learned that agencies struggle with their positioning, sales process and majority of agency owners are not satisfied with their financial health.

Cool product! Congrats on launching! Being an indie maker, I wanted to use it for custom plan offerings rather than per hour billables, but I wasn't able to get rid of hourly rate column. It would be cool to use this, so stating the kinda quote I need to create: Rate: $X / billable entity As a row: 50 websites would be 50 * $X I have several monitoring engines (WIP) so each could have its own rate in a custom quote. In essence, supporting multiple billable entities (rather than just hour) would be cool.

@ashfame Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Our team will look into this & resolve this fast.
Janis Sprenne
@ashfame 1) You can do fixed price quotes and hourly quotes. Just delete the columns and you're in a fixed price quote. We left these columns for the moment because otherwise, people didn't notice that it's possible to create hourly price quotes. We are about to release templates any other day and this will add to "Create a quote" functionality and you'll be able to choose what type of quote to start with. 2) We are also right now working on adding "units" and "price per unit" to the fixed row and adding any two will calculate the third automatically. I hope this answers your needs. Stay tuned for updates, both are our highest priority.

@sprenne Thanks! I am sure I ran into some UI bugs, because of which sometime I couldn't delete a row, which I was later able to. I think the toggle between the kind of pricing that could apply is causing confusing UX. As a fresh set of eyes, I couldn't figure out how to make it work.
Janis Sprenne
@ashfame Yes, you're right about that and there is room for improvement. An update to this will be released shortly and changing the row type will be seamless, we have designs ready for this update.

Nice work. Would be helpful to see a working demo that I could play around with (rather than just your price calculator). Tested quickly for ecommerce site - you only had Magento listed - in this case it would be good to be able to test the price between Magento and, say, Woocommerce etc. But, as it is nice work.

@pointandstare I believe you're referring to our web development cost calculator https://fulfilli.com/web-develop... That's an idea we worked on a year ago, it got also featured on Product Hunt and is still available https://www.producthunt.com/post.... However, when we realized that every agency needs to be able to work with their own services and pricing, we knew we have to build the self-service software that we are presenting today. Please feel free to play around with it right here https://fulfilli.com The Web development cost calculator will also soon get an update and we're planning to make it a showcase for automated quoting https://fulfilli.com/automated-q..., which is available to our Pro subscribers.

Very cool! The quote process can normally be very time-consuming for both freelancers and agencies, and I like that Fulfilli lets you define core pricing for services and then automate the heck out of it. You can plug in your structure once, and then you don't have to worry about double entry or cumbersome repetition.

The design is also user-friendly, clean, and intuitive by default (no need for hours of training).

Something else I liked was the flexibility in choosing hourly or fixed quotes (both are supported), and the custom fields. With automation, it is always nice to know that you can still edit things when needed -- which Fulfilli does out of the box. I'll definitely be sending this to my agency friends.

Pros:

Great usability, clean design, automating the quote process

Cons:

None that I can think of.

This looks like a beautifully designed product.

Great product but missing some important features: multiple currencies management, clients management, ability to create templates
Aleksander Nemchenko

Great job! This can save a lot of time for me. In my opinion, its very easy to use, everything is in place, UX is really on high level. But to close quotas question once and for all, I would like to have the following functionality:

- Have an opportunity to add 'comments' column for every row in the quote, or some other feature where I can describe a bit what will be done at every stage.

- Would be great to have a feature to create a timeline(project roadmap) using this table where I can show when each stage will start, sequences of stages, and which stages will be done parallelly.

- Also, in my opinion 'Made with: Fulfilli' badge is too big and its color is too bright(at the left bottom corner of PDF file and quote web page). Maybe there is an opportunity to remove it from quote PDF file and quote web page, or even change its color to one of the table colors.

Anyway, I think this is a very useful application for digital agencies.

Good Luck!

Pros:

it can save a lot of time, user experience, idia

Cons:

need a bit more functionality

Janis Sprenne
Hi Aleksander! Your feedback helps us to see better from the user perspective, thanks! Comments: I've added an additional image to the gallery where you can see our work in progress on comments. This was a frequently requested feature which is a priority for us. Timeline: I understand this request really well. If there is a cost estimate, then there should be a time estimate too. We'll eventually get there as this is just the first product in the line to build the future space for digital agencies. 'Made with Fulfilli' badge: This is easy, you can remove it by upgrading your account to the Pro plan. You can also use a custom branded short URL like YourBrand.fulfilli.com/quote-id Thanks again for the detailed review!
Janis Sprenne
I can't wait to show descriptions live as I really like how we handled the need for two fields within one. With a click, you'll activate the field to enter the title-description and with a double-click, you'll get the long-description field. We will be limiting descriptions to 140 characters, which should be enough for a short explanation. And we're also adding mini-formatting functionality for texts and links.

Very impressed... clear objective and excellent execution! I really love the clean and minimalist layout. Also, the color-scheme compliments the information/data displayed very well. Great work Janis!

Oftentimes clients come to agencies without knowing the full scope of the work they need, which makes accurate quoting difficult (scope and budget changes aren't abnormal) so describing in more detail what sorts of questions are or can be used to ensure the client is framing the work they need in a way that holds up over the course of a project is key.

Pros:

This is an interesting business proposition for new agencies to understand good pricing structures for their work!

Cons:

Could use a bit more explanation up front (without signing up for a free trial) indicating how questions to clients are framed.

I just signed up for the product and wanted to see how easy it was to create a quote (as well as manage it). Sign-up was a breeze. I just used my LinkIn Profile so creating an account was easy. I was able to quickly (and intuitively) figure out items I could edit like columns, rows as well as set hourly and project rates for my quote. Using existing styles I was able to quickly setup a template / color scheme that matched my branding. Everything I worked on was saved in real time so I could download my quote as a PDF, change the format of it to landscape or portrait. This application seems to have thought of everything. Awesome!
Janis Sprenne
@coreyschaaf There's is still tons to do and hopefully we are headed in the right direction.

The UX is beautiful, top notch. But the a bit more emphasize should be placed on the UI

Pros:

The Website is Clean and has great usability.

Cons:

I spent more time looking at the beautiful graphics then reading the actual content on the website.

andre cipriano
This is cool!
Blair Urquhart

Don't use them unless there support stops sucking.

Pros:

Quotes Look okay

Cons:

Support terrible Nothing fast. Invent problems for you Complain about how your business clients look

Ernests Stals
I have worked with Janis and the team before and they really know their craft and the process. Would have loved this kind of tool when I was working at an agency :)
Janis Sprenne
@so_on Thank you Ernests! I appreciate your feedback a lot. The more we work on this project, the more I realize that we as an industry have been neglecting the importance of details in estimating and quoting, which is the basis for profitable operations.
