@floord looks interesting. It seems like this can replace or at least augment quite a few incumbent tools. Is that the case? Do you have examples?

@__tosh No longer having to ssh into each instance to debug issues with passenger-status could be one process. Or there are companies currently using different app servers like Puma and a tool like AppSignal to gather application performance insights. A good argument for Passenger (and the opportunity of Passenger enterprise features) and Fuse Panel can be made here.

I like the idea of this. What versions of Passenger are supported? oh, and why does the web frontend not work in Safari?

@christoph_loewenherz The Fuse Panel officially supports the latest version of Passenger (5.2.2 for release notes, check: https://blog.phusion.nl/2018/03/... ). The config options format changed so the install instructions no longer work with Passenger < 5.2.2 The web frontend of the panel uses websockets to communicate with the backend. For user authentication HTTP Basic Auth is used, which unfortunately is not supported in Safari :( The good news: the Fuse Panel works perfectly fine in Chrome and Firefox.

What's next? In the short term we plan to improve the all-new log streaming feature to include Passenger level logs (in addition to app-level logs), implement text search and highlighting functions as well as options for configuring log retention length.
