You asked Paul about the plans, but let me share some key goals. Maybe Paul will add more once he gets up. Our goal for the first 6 months with FuseBase is to seamlessly integrate into client workflows, becoming an indispensable part of service teams’ business operations. We want to fully cover the core use cases around client collaboration through: * adding extra layers to the collaboration flow in the portals (we have some planned surprises:)) * improving the quick creation of the new portals from the templates * managing the common content among the portals * integrations, integrations and more integrations :) I'd be very interested to dive deeper into your thoughts on critical functionality or improvements we should focus on next. @pavel_sher I spend most of my day inside fusebase (nimbus). It's helped me organise myself and share data with my clients in a very simple way. I'm probably only scraping the surface of what I can do in the platform, but it works very well for me and I love it. Blending project management and client interaction seamlessly is a really neat differentiator in the space. The 'Kitchen' and 'Dining Area' concept really simplifies workflow management for both teams and clients. Im interested: How does FuseBase cater to clients unfamiliar with digital collaboration tools? Ie: what does the onboarding look like for new or first time users not familiar with these types of tools?

Team work hard and deliver great features and functionality for the past 3 years. Right, you’ve perfectly recapped our vision and why we launched FuseBase:) Currently, we support ~2k integrations with embeds, JS codes. We also have automation through Zapier. There are several integrations planned (with multiple CRMs) and then an API release. As for data protection, quick notes: AWS infrastructure with database encryption PCI compliant card/payment processing SSL encryption for all network communication Role-based access control and permissions GDPR compliance > Also, any plans for AI-based features to further aid workflow? Great job on this innovative approach! Yep, there are many plans! We will see the feedback from our Community and assess feasibility. I don’t want to promise or disclose too much, but I can say we have some interesting and innovative items!

I worked as Head of Customer success, so I perfectly understand where this comes from :) Having a "mutual roadmap", guides, product pricing, and other customer-facing materials such as files + web pages + videos on different platforms could be super frustrating! Have a few questions: — Does FuseBase also cover Customer Success operations (like, say, Gainsight does), or do they complement each other? — Should it replace the Customer Portal page built-in product? Would be cool to hear your take

@kostyabolsh Right now, we kind of complement Gainsight since we don't have analytics yet. But we're planning to add that feature because it's super important for being proactive in customer relationships and starting conversations at the right time. What's cool about our platform is the white label option. When you link our solution to your domain, you can also inject JavaScript code. So, if you've got external analytics, you can add them to every portal and get unique insights, like heat maps. And yes, it's definitely a place for a customer portal page. That's the whole idea, really. We have two main areas – internally, there are workspaces. And each workspace has an external area, which we call portals. This is the field for customers, where all the information and collaboration happens.

Looks great. Professional services aim to modernize and improve how clients work, but ironically engaging and interacting with professional services is still behind the times. The scope is vast and wish you the best! If I may - Finding the right market segment(s) is critical since professional services it too large and varied to be treated as one market (at least initially). Defined market segments can help focus your attention, but will help choice of product features and requirements. You may have already considered this or may not be applicable, but thought I will share. In any case, best wishes!

We're working closely with people to launch more verticals in our target market. For instance, we're looking at portals specifically designed for wedding professionals, real estate, consulting, and more.

@alex_balykov I would consider segments that are fast growing, very digital, and that be reached in groups. Some that come to mind are those who professional services around digital commerce, digital media, social media, etc. Segmentation is a complex effort, but my suggestion would be to start with the set of criteria, and then honing on some segments.
