This is a very effective method, because a person feels individuality and the conversation improves significantly.

I usually block myself for around 30 Minutes a day for answering my DMs on Twitter. I answer DMs and engage in conversations. When the 30 Minutes are over I commence on doing something else and continue where I stopped. I might not be the fastest replying, yet it's efficient since you solely focus on that task!
