1. Don't be martyrs. 2. Be helpful. Be pleasant. Not smart. 3. When faced the choice, always go for creativity. 4. Screw motivation; try discipline. Get started. Imperfect action beats perfect inaction. 5. Be loyal to yourself and your brand. Don't bend your standards for anything and anyone. 6. Don't take yourself so seriously; life is an ongoing joke. 7. 80-20. Pareto and all that. Do less, but get more of what matters done. 8. Choose the hills you're willing to die on. So few things are worth your time and attention, so be hyper-selective. 9. Make it easy for others to find you, approach you, consult with you, buy from you. 10. If you ain't got clarity, you ain't got sh*t. Work on this like your life depends on it. Because it does. 11. Overdeliver. Strive for sh*t so good you make others go, "I paid top dollar for what this guy is giving away for free." 📌 TL;DR version: Overdeliver. Be prepared. Stick to your guns. Be a nice human being. And you'll be in that 1% you yearn for.
