The fact that they always find the least convenient part of the day to be scheduled, thereby wiping out a large swath of productivity.
Meetings suck when they are not as fruitful as they should be. Meetings can help us make better decisions to work as a team, but if not doing it the wrong way it can waste both time and money. And can lead you towards wrong decisions in the end, leading to failure.
We need to get a $100 bill passed to spend on something, but we can call a meeting of 2 hours and engage a whole team in that, and nobody notice.
