I think, there's no right or wrong here. The choice of a program is only a matter of taste. Designers at Cadabra Studio use all these programs, and neither of them affects the quality of the design.
However, Sketch is probably the most popular one, because of its convenience and compatibility with Mac OS.
@cadabrastudio actually even I don't like Figma, Sketch is expensive and to use XD I need to Adobe Cloud ........... That's it I love Proto.io but still expensive 🤷
