Make sure to "warm up" your supporters so they are ready to act. Be that your Twitter following or your newsletter subscribers, let them know a few days in advance.

No matter how good you plan, the window for mistakes remains.. But better planning can minimize the scope for such pity mistakes :)

I am looking to launch my SAAS on Product Hunt. Id be happy to hire a Product Hunt Expert if someone would be interested.

Build relations with business networks beforehand to become a service partner. Someone out there will be advertising your B2B product for you when you launch.

Haven't launched yet, so I am preparing the plan too. What I've been seeing is that many makers onboard a Top Hunter first to sort of "sponsor" the actual launch. I guess they are doing it to reach the Top Hunter's followers and climb the leaderboard faster. So in the end, building your network (whether it is for sponsors or supporters) seems to always be a good idea =D Congrats on your launch!
