Hey folks. Glad to join the discussion. I am Chris, currently running enbotAI (www.enbot.ai) which provides customizable AI Assistant solutions to business websites. Accuracy and Relevancy are always key to customer satisfaction during customer service therefore we've spent quite a lot of effort orchestrating the dialogue flow process to make sure various queries are directed to the right path and only the accurate answers get retrieved and generated. A chatbot needs to understand user intent to be effective. Accuracy alone isn’t enough if it misses the user’s context.

This is actually a bit tricky to generalize it. But doing tests with various scenarios and adjusting and adapting helps.
