Hey there! We’re a team of product people and machine learning engineers who built a simple tool to make it easier for your team to work together. QueryPal is an AI Slack assistant that provides instant answers based on your team’s chat conversations, knowledge bases and company documents. Since launching in February, QueryPal has auto-answered questions, saving busy teams large amount of time. Based on feedback, we’ve worked to improve the accuracy of answers and cited sources, grew the number of integrations and built in privacy controls to ensure your knowledge stays safe. I really wanted to build a monster version of this but am now a father so don't have time to build a massive B2B company. Do what you're doing, but integrate with Zoom, email clients, ticket systems, and CRMs for the complete picture. Answer people's questions everywhere, using all the data. Turn this into a unicorn.
