AI taking over Project Management?
I spoke to a product leader last week who says the project management is the first thing AI would takeover.
However, there also seems to differing views on this- is it possible for AI to replace a human being in task followups, sprint planning, tracking deadlines?

AI is definitely making project management more efficient, but I don't think PMs need to worry about being replaced anytime soon. Tools like GPT can help automate routine tasks, freeing up PMs to focus on the human elements like stakeholder management, team leadership, and strategic planning that are critical for success. The key is figuring out how to leverage AI as a productivity booster rather than seeing it as a threat.
