Amplitude OR Mixpanel - what is your Go To ?

I'm wondering about Amplitude and Mixpanel. Both platforms offer robust analytics capabilities, but they each have their unique strengths and features. So far I have more developer experience with Mixpanel, but I wonder if I should give Amplitude a chance as well.. I'm curious to hear your experiences and preferences. Which one do you prefer and why?

I’ve heard more about Mixpanel than Amplitude. Currently old school google analytics user. But looking at making a switch once I launch
