Any advice for newbies in the workplace?
I've been in the workplace for 2 weeks, and I feel like there's a lot to learn.

@mansi_trivedi1 setting boundaries is a great one. I lacked that early in my career and it was brutal. Did way too much for everyone else.

@yokiyoki itās hard, but it gets you respect. And you donāt say no. You can say, as soon as I finish this task Iāll work on what you need. Or happy to work on this, but is it more important that this that Iām working on

For newcomers in the workplace, my advice would be to approach every task with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and don't hesitate to seek guidance from experienced colleagues. Cultivate strong communication skills, both in listening and expressing your ideas. Building positive relationships with your peers and superiors is key to a thriving work environment. Take initiative, be proactive, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Stay open to feedback, as it is a valuable tool for improvement. Finally, continuously invest in your professional development by staying informed about industry trends and expanding your skill set.
Be open minded, observe, listen more and talk less. Be curious and ask questions. Contribute where you can!
