I’m cautious about risks and prefer to analyze situations thoroughly before deciding. But when something truly aligns with my values and long-term vision, I’m willing to take calculated risks.
Taking calculated risks is necessary for big achievements. Without some risk there's little chance of major success. But being a smart risk-taker is key - understanding the odds, having contingency plans, and being willing to pivot if needed. Blind risk-taking usually ends badly. So I aim to be a calculated, strategic risk-taker when the potential payoff justifies it.
