Very good question! Honestly, I used to worry and stress a lot. But it feels like the first 3 years of the entrepreneurial journey made me much more resistant. But I guess we will see Q1 2024, when I am planning to launch a big project, if I am correct :-) How about you yourself, Kevin?
It depends if I am in this situation alone, or if I am with people. I believe it is Ok to be frustrated from time to time and there is no need to lock away your emotions in a situation where you are alone and no harm is done. I personally have thrown malfunctioning stuff sometimes and although I am not proud of it, it is a very effective form to release stress to "just let it out"
I read a lot of people "turning a stressful situations into productivity" - Kudos to people who can always do that. I have personally seen very successful Fortune 500 CEO's uncapable of that and I do not blame anybody.
In a situation where it involves other people around me, I tend to stay calm and the more critical the situation is, the more needed it is to stay calm and keep a clear head. This in return is something that I need to get off my chest later.
I wish I could write it is all rainbows and kewl, even when the world collapses, but at least for me this is not true in a real emergency.
