I try to be. Just for a good night's sleep. I feel bad at night if I don’t do some kind of work the entire day. Productivity gives me a sense of accomplishment. By the way, I'm launching a new product soon. Let's connect and share tips on staying productive and achieving our goals!
What's the benchmark? Because everyday I say to myself that I can be more productive than the day before. I don't know, I'm probably just complicating a yes or no question lol.
Being productive doesn't mean being busy. A lot of people have tons to do, but they actually not progressing towards their goals or at a very slow pace.
What people need is clear identification of what their goals are, a break down of these goals into measurable objectives which can then be broken down into daily tasks. This way, you can prioritise tasks and action the ones that will actually track you towards your goals and can confirm that with measurable progress.
Add in a weekly, monthly and yearly review means that you can actually track you productivity over time and tweak not only your effort but also your direction when required.
I am launching a system that does exactly this, called Focused. Coming soon. Sign-up to be notified here - https://focusednotion.me

During work hours, my main focus is completing tasks efficiently and organizing my workload to meet deadlines by Friday. I also devote considerable time to research, reflecting on the quality of my work and results.
My productivity levels are as unpredictable as a software update - sometimes smooth sailing, sometimes a complete rollercoaster! But hey, who doesn't love a good challenge, right? 🚀
Great question Jose! I plot tasks in my calendar to keep myself on task all day & I use the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritise tasks beyond that. My biggest issue is I don't know when to stop working! I keep going until I burn out 😅
