Be Honest- How much time do you spend on social media?
How much of this time is spent as leisure vs. how much time is spent as work?
I usually spend a couple hours on Twitter, PH & Reddit combined. But I guilty of wasting a bit of time on instagram as well (non-work related).

Honestly? I spend no more than 1 hour a day, intentionally. (I'm not counting the time it takes me to write articles or posts, because they're done offline first).
3 platforms: LinkedIn, X, Substack
5 minutes: DMs
5 minutes: Posting
10 minutes commenting on other' posts
Very systematic. Keeps me sane.
