Have you launched Brilo yet @ybrahma ? If not, you should. I've had good luck with @Intercom for this. They have the best AI support operator at the moment with @Gleap and @Lindy close behind. They all claim to be able to answer support tickets based on previous replies and generally can do that if you're ok with quality not being at 100% of a human level.
