Chatbots don’t feel. They don’t empathize. They can’t build trust the way a human can. The question isn’t whether they’ll replace us—it’s whether we’ll use them as tools or crutches.
@tina_sisman it's true, they don't. but judging from my own experience, sometimes it's really hard to differentiate human from chatbot (but well, it was an AI chatbot).
