It is difficult to answer unequivocally here, everything depends mostly on the company that provides these services. But the previous ones were with us suppliers, how we suffered, they did not solve problems of high quality, information leakage, lack of control over the conduct of delegated business processes, and most importantly, there is no one to ask.
