COO/Operations Communities?

Hi, I am a COO for a company, and am looking for communities with likeminded people to be able to have more direct conversations about how they define their role and responsiblities, as well as work with software solutions to support their day to day activities. Do anyone have any thoughts about where to start looking for likeminded people?
